Basic function:
To manage, within budget, the marketing department and to drive the brand equity growth of our product portfolio in accordance with the standards, guidelines, procedures as defined by TBC/BNB and the respective brand owners. This position reports directly to the Managing Director/Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing dept, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Manage key supplier accounts related to branding, packaging, POS materials, and novelties.
- Make sure local press are managed to deliver effective PR and monitor the media for both positive/negative press.
- Collaborate and cooperate with our key brand partners, TCCC (The Coca Coal Company), MEC (Monster Energy Company) and BUSA (Bacardi USA) to manage and grow brand awareness in-store, on-line and out of home (OOH).
- Support the growth of the B2C market to grow Carryout sales.
- Integrate our CRM (HubSpot) resource into the marketing dept’s execution of various initiatives and to support Carryout’s B2C growth.
- Effectively manage companies sub-contracted to perform certain services related to marketing.
General Tasks:
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the work flow of the department.
- Supervise, train, coach and evaluate the staff of the marketing department.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Prepare daily, weekly and/or monthly reports where necessary.
- Attend all required meetings on time.
- Investigate deviations from company standards to determine root cause of the problems and avoid recurrence.
General responsibilities:
- Be a good team player, willing and able to assist others with operational tasks when necessary.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, be a good representative of TBC/BNB at all times.
- Ensure and maintain a neat and organized workplace. Referring to the Desk Policy.
- Responsible for the administration of the department. Maintain an updated filing system of all reports and other documents accordingly.
- Make sure all documents are properly signed and dated by the authorized persons.
- Report any irregularity concerning the environment, safety, food safety and quality immediately.
- Assist colleagues with their duties during their absence.
- Assist with the evaluation of employees pertaining to your department according to the Employee Handbook procedures. Ensure that time sheets (ADI) and any other personnel documentations of the employees in the marketing department are filled correctly, in full and on time.
- Comply with procedures and instructions as stipulated in among others the Employee Handbook.
Job profile:
Level of Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years Sales and Marketing management experience. Analytical experience to include reviewing data/sales/competitive information to enhancemarketing strategy.

Good communication, time management and organization skills. Good managerial, analytical and social skills.
