
Responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials till finished goods. To perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled technical and maintenance work in the operation.
Ensure that all work performed is confirmed with policies and procedures of the standard.
Lab technician is responsible to adhere to the guidelines and procedures concerning environmental, safety, Quality and food safety.
Correct use of equipment or machines, means of transport and tools present, auxiliary materials
Compliance with valid procedures and regulations on jobs/locations.
Level of Education: Havo/ MBO diploma, Basic Analytical Chemistry
Training and Knowledge: Basic Microbiology & Micro testing, Laboratory practices
Sampling and instrumental Analysis, Understands what is done and why it is done in basic beverage manufacturing
Experience: minimum 3 years of experience of in similar position, food/beverage industry
