Basic function:
Assists in the upkeep and maintenance of various aspects of the building or facility. Responsibilities include performing minor repairs, painting, conducting routine inspections, cleaning and maintaining common areas, assisting with HVAC system maintenance, landscaping, and other general tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Ensure that all work performed is conform the policies and procedures and conform the standard of performance of TBC/BNB.
Specific responsibilities:
- Assist in keep Building and surrounding clean & maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area
- Your role involves working alongside maintenance technicians or engineers to ensure the smooth operation and appearance of the building and facilty
- Assist another departments if is necessary
- Advise Superior on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
- Perform work in accordance with IMS policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback on recommendations for improvement.
- Take necessary steps to control potentially unsafe or poor-quality product and potentially unsafe actions.
- Ensure the environmental practices are adhered to.
General responsibilities:
- Be a good team player, willing and able to assist with other operational tasks when necessary.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner always,
- Be a good representative of TBC/BNB always.
- Attend all required meetings & training
- Ensure and maintain a neat and organized workplace always.
- Responsible for working in a hygienic manner always.
- Report any irregularity immediately concerning the environment, safety, quality and food quality to Superior.
- Report of (near) accidents and unsafe situations / actions to Superior immediately.
- Assist in performing tasks of colleagues and perform their duties during their absence as instructed by Superior.
- To participate actively in cross training program; referring to the Cross-Training Chart.
- Maintain a good working relations and good communication with other departments at all times, to ensure smoothly running operation within the departments.
- Is responsible to comply with the procedures and instructions as stipulated in among others the Employee Handbook and the IMS manual of TBC/BNB.
- Is responsible to adhere to the guidelines and procedures concerning environment, safety, quality and food safety.
- Correct use of equipment or machines, means of transport and tools present, auxiliary material
- and other materials including the safety measures at hand.
- Compliance with the valid procedures and regulations on jobs/locations.
- Use of the available personal protection material in accordance with the regulation of TBC/BNB and / or when the supervisor gives order to do so.
