Cost and Financial Analyst

Function Description:

As a Cost and Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios, tracking performance metrics or providing critical cost data analysis, is used by our managers to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

Specific Responsibilities and desired skills:

  • Analyze pricing management - cost vs selling-margin relationship.
  • Reviewing monthly purchase order costs, including analysis and commentary on variances.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis and support for other departments.
  • Identifies and implements solutions to resolve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Accounting or other related education is required.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Should be determined and have problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively under stressful conditions and independently.
