We are hiring a Financial Analyst to manage complex cost structures, project future inventory demands, and drive data-driven financial strategies. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will serve as a key strategic partner evaluating business-wide profitability, capital expenditures (CapEx), and gross profit performance. This position bridges core corporate financial analysis with advanced data engineering, transforming raw database queries into high-impact executive insights that protect margins and optimize investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Investments: Run comprehensive cost-benefit analyses, ROI simulations, and financial models for CapEx projects, company-wide initiatives, and new business ventures.
- Manage Financial Data Pipelines: Query large databases using SQL and transform raw data into dynamic Power BI dashboards.
- Track Margins & Variances: Analyze gross profit margins and yield variance, isolating price, volume, and product mix impacts against budgets.
- Forecast Cost of Sales (COS): Project future COS by tracking ingredient, packaging, and labor trends against manufacturing throughput.
- Advise Leadership: Partner with the Director of Finance to deliver strategic insights and executive-ready financial briefings.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Economics.
- Language skills: proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Investment modeling: Proven ability to run CapEx evaluations, NPV, IRR, and ROI simulations.
- Analytical agility: Proven ability to dissect complex business issues, from product-level details to company-wide programs.
- Modeling skills: Proven experience with Cost of Sales (COS) projection and operational expense modeling.
- Database & BI tools: Strong proficiency in SQL (data extraction) and hands-on experience building reports and dashboard in Power BI.
