Key Responsibilities:
Syrup Preparation & Quality Control
- Set up and prepare equipment and raw materials according to the production schedule.
- Prepare syrup following the specified recipe and quality parameters.
- Conduct tests to verify that the product meets quality specifications.
- Accurately complete all required documentation for each process.
Equipment & Area Maintenance
- Clean and maintain all syrup preparation equipment, including the sugar silo and surrounding areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the syrup room, simple syrup room, bag-in-box room, cool storage area, and sugar silo room.
- Perform preventive maintenance, such as greasing syrup preparation equipment.
- Ensure the entire department remains clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Additional Responsibilities
- Report equipment issues to the Engineering Department if a supervisor is unavailable.
- Provide suggestions to improve safety, quality, efficiency, task allocation, and workplace conditions.
- Follow environmental guidelines, including proper chemical usage for cleaning and immediate reporting of spills or leaks.
- Wear appropriate protective clothing while working.
- Adhere to workplace regulations and safety rules.
- Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the integrated management system.

- Comply with guidelines and procedures related to environmental, safety, quality, and food safety.
- Utilize equipment, machinery, transportation, tools, and materials properly, including adherence to safety measures.
- Adhere to procedures and regulations specific to job locations.
- Wear personal protective equipment as directed by TBC/BNB regulations or supervisor instructions.
Experience (preferable):
- Knowledge of operating production line machinery such as filling, labeling, capping, and packaging equipment.
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, especially in a bottling, beverage, or food processing facility.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to operating complex bottling and packaging machinery, including new technologies and production processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

Level of Education:
EPI diploma preferable. High school or EPB diploma or equivalent qualification; with additional certification or training.
